What do you do about maybe cutting the glass front on one stove to fit another? Take it to a glass business?
I'm guessing it can't be cut with a regular glass cutter.

It is tempered. It can not be cut by anyone. It will break into the million tiny pieces. You need to order the proper glass for the oven.

Usually (not always) thicker than house window glass, we use a local glass/mirror place to cut new pieces for us.

Btw, can I find the exact measurements I need (two stoves), or should I just do some measuring?

Ignore. I will wait until I have the same stove I can part out.

You will be measuring.

Thanks Jeff. I was hoping the parts diagram might give the measurement. No biggie.

I noticed some inner glass had the 1" grid in the pictures so you can count the grid squares....but most outer glass didn't.

Thanks for pointing that out. I have an inner and an exterior broken on two different stoves.
As many as I come across of the same make and sometimes same model, I should be able to find what I need in the near future, except for the Maytag.

I think I came across an article that said something about heating the glass to like 500 degrees to cut it. I figured someone had to cut it at some point in manufacturing but was not sure of that. Not a diy project at any rate.
