Frigidaire Frig beeps 3 times and frost on freezer panel

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator M# GLHS66EJBO side by side. We had a power outage just over a week ago and the frig started beeping 3 time every now and again. The display says that its set at 0 degrees in the freezer and 35 degrees in the frig. If i try to set a different temp it beeps 3 times and then shuts off and restarts. If you try to turn the frig off by holding the on off button it turns off for a split second but turns right back on. It cools ok but after a couple of days it starts to drop temperature and I have to unplug it for a few hours and then it works with the beeping and the non adjustable temp setting for a couple more days. Also the lower panel in the freezer is frosting.

Please help!!!!!

Hi,

Should check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat first for that frosting...

If either of them test as bad, replace it for the frosting issue.

Board should be replaced for the control issue...
