Oven slow to preheat

Does this make sense and , if so, what would be the cure for the slow preheat?

Looks like a good deal for $50.00


oven takes a few minutes to pre-heat. Will need a new element, but oven does work.

Broil may be out, bake may be out, oven temp sensor could be wishy-washy, door may not be closing properly....would have to be investigated.
