My parents have a beaumark oven which is basically a general electric product. I replaced the clock on the oven because the old one did not work. I had to get a rebuilt clock as the oven part was obsolete. I found a timer that was the exact model number on the timer itself. I attached it and it works well. However when you put the oven on usually it starts at 350 degrees f. However this one starts at 385 is there a way to change this setting? The model number is 10791 however it does not show up in most searches. The timer part number is 187d1811p001. Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

I believe the acual part# is WB19M318 which comes up as NLA.

Many ( not all ) electronic controls can be adjusted + or - 35?F.
Some common ways to do that is linked here (http://www.appliance411.com/faq/temperature-calibration.shtml).

Kinda sounds like yours was adjusted at some point before you got the clock/control.

Thanks that is exactly what I was hoping to get as a reply. I will try that next time I am over there. The part number is correct I didn't have that part number where I was. The number was off the part itself.
It's better than having an 88 year old woman replacing her stove. I will let you know which one worked. Thanks again
