Hello everyone.

The washer is very noisy and the drum won't move with a heavy wet load.

It does rotate throught all cycles with a small load but is still very noisy and is sluggish.

I will very much appreciate any advice.

Also, I cannot find any information about how to open the cabinet.

Thank you in advance.

Tom

Thank you Jeff!
What am I looking for when I check the drive block? How will I know if it's the problem?
Best regards,
Tom

Hi again Jeff,
This video is great, Thank you!

My washer has the plastic end caps. One side came off easily. However, the left side end cap won't budge. Is there a trick to getting it off without breaking it. I've tried squeezing at the top but not luck.

Thanks again,

Tom

No tricks, other than maybe swearing at it! ;)
Maybe a flat screwdriver and pry a little.
