This an old GE switch numbered - wb22x26
7 terminals, 8 wires
Terminals labeled - L1 (Red), L2 (Black), N (white), T1 (Red),A (Red),B (White), and C (2 black wires)

If I had the switch oriented right:

Broil = L2 & C
L1 &A

Bake = L1 & B
L2 & B

Timed Bake = L2 & C

Haven't found any continuity with N and or TI (May be L)

Any comments?

wb22x26

Suggested replacement is wb22x5132

657 Oven selector switch kit Manufacturer Number WB22X5132 (http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=153&N=252851)

N should be neutral, comes on during bake as 220 volts is sent to the bake and 110 volts to the broil during bake.

T1 was often Time cook, sent power to the clock/timer.

Have a pic of the switch?

N should be neutral

T1 was often Time cook,

My thoughts too. I did not know 110 went to the broil element during bake.

These terminals should show continuity at some point with the other terminals, right?

I see if I can get a pic to you Jeff.

Thanks

I emailed you a manual that had that selector switch in it.

It did help. I thought my switch was bad. If I read the diagram right, it checks good.

Are the fairly common switches? This one came off an older 40(?) inch GE stove with the push button controls going across the top of the control panel.

I think I saw them in the manual too.

Yes. Different length or style shafts but often the switches where the same.
