GE Profile oven won't allow input

GE electric oven 4 years old.
model - P T916S M3SS

Clock and interior light are work.

Pushing the "Clear" button gets a beep.
No other buttons work.

Normal sequence is "Bake, set temp, start" None of these buttons respond.

Circuit board?
Heating element (failsafe mode?)
Any other ideas?

I tried removing the 3 screws from the front panel. Won't budge. Is there another step to removing the panel?

I tried to find a manual for this model but cam up empty.

Looks like the top panal comes off to access screws inside also...
