The bias heater in the thermostat is just for lower temps....won't effect anything else.
Okay, maybe I got it now.
In no heat cycle, the timer shuts power to the element off.
In low heat cycle, the bias heats the cycling stat to allow for lower temp.
Anyway, low heat cycle is the only time the bias comes into play.
