I could use some guidance.

Current temps of freezer and fridge. Just noticed this last night but waited till this morning to test things.
I have entered the self diagnostic mode first. But the results are not what I expected.

For the 0 2 test I don't get P or F. I get 61 22
For the 0 3 test I get 64 13
0 3 gives me a P

And other test appear to be OK.

I don't know what to make of the first 2 tests, and what my next check should be.

Any help is appreciated

Hi,

Fan in the freezer working? Any frost/snow on the freezer back wall?
Compressor is likely running since you have some cooling, would be a good idea to make sure the condensor fan ( beside the compressor ) is running and that the hot condensor coils are not plugged up with dust.

Yes, when I did the fan test I heard 2 fans kick on. There is frost on the back wall of the freezer.

So, the compressor is hot. Condenser fan is running. Condenser is covered in dust. No sign of a condenser under there.
Not sure anymore about the fans. When I open the fridge side, I hear a fan turn off. Then back on when I close the door. Not the same on the freezer side. I am looking more into that.

I exposed the main board to have a look. There are 2 resistors, R43 and R27 that feel hot. Plus the area where they are mnted appears brown, like burned slightly. Mostly R43.

And one more update.
I was able to determine that the freezer fan is working.

Waiting to see of the cleaning of the coils helps. Current temps are

There is frost on the back wall of the freezer.

Likely a frost build up then. Freezer back wall comes off to expose the evaporator/cooling coils.

If the coils are all frosted up, this blocks the fan from circulatign the cold air around.

We normally check the heater and stat first, if ok the board is then replaced.
