Summit FF-7B fridge not getting cold

Compressor is running but the fridge is not getting cold, regardless of the temperature setting. Coils on the back of the unit are clean. This unit is an undercounter model. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Appears this unit has a "hidden" evaporator (wonderful). I just turned off the unit using the internal temp switch and happened to hear what sounded like ice falling into the drip tray. Bad evaporator fan?

Hi,

Yes the evaporator is between the walls and the cold must radiate out into the food section. Running and not cooling is an system issue.....leaker, restriction, inefficient compressor or any combination of these = BIG$ repair :(
