leaking tubing

I have an LG model LFX25960ST refrigerator with bottom freezer and in-door ice maker. My problem is that the 5/16 inch tubing running from the water solenoid, up the back of refer, and inside (to i'm assuming the filter) the refer. This tubing has been developing leaks since right after the warranty expired. I have spliced in many repairs pieces to the point of now I need to replace the tubing. I need to know how to replace this tubing.

I checked the manual and found no reference to changing out this tubing and I have not done this before on an LG refrigerator.
