One of my elements died, tech came out said I need a new touch pad and element. Called back a week later says the touchpad no longer available.......WTF...... It's oly 4 yrs old.
Says they have to take cooktop away to have touchpad rebuilt, really! And what am I supposed to cook on, a campfire.
Anyone know anything about these stoves.

Also post your serial# so we can check the manufacturing date.

Key panals/touch pads cannot normally be rebuilt, but electronic boards/controls can.
