It pays to shop around...
I recently had to repair my older caloric gas stove. The part was a simple ignition switch and the repair took all of 5 minutes to complete. The issue for this simple switch I saw a price range from about $15.00 to $45.00. What the issue was the crazy shipping costs to get the part. In the end, it was a mid range priced supplier that had the best combination of part cost and shipping.
Moral of the story, be sure to check out the total cost of the transaction before pulling the trigger on the purchase.
