Kenmore 21202010 washer won't spin

Hello, I thought I would pass this along to help out others.

My Kenmore model 21202010 washer (1.5 years old) would wash and drain, but it would barely spin the clothes (or not at all) and they always came out wet.

A sears tech checked the codes and determined that shift Actuator W10006355 was bad. Replacing this part fixed the problem.
