We have a Magic Chef and it works great but now a weird problem is happening when it is in dry cycle a small amount of water dips from the door
When I open the door the water in the bottom basin has drained away but the drip still happens and stops when there is a very small puddle on the ground. If there is no water in the basin where does that small amount water come from? Any one here of this kind of problem? It washes well and drains very fast everything seems to work well except for the leak

Hi,

magic chef dishwasher

Model#?

Possibly condensed steam from the d/w vent is dripping out, where exactly is the drip/puddle?

Sorry i forgot to get the model number but I called a repair guy He couldn't figure it out but when he took off the door the insulation was a little moist after running the dishwasher for a few minutes. He thinks water is coming from the soap dispenser which is held from the back and then he thinks that the water builds up and drips out when the insulation becomes saturated enough It seems to happen only when drying mode is on but there is no other place it can leak so I ordered the kit and will let you know if that's the problem
Have you heard of something like that before?
