Kenmore Washer 110 Dispenser Huge leak

Kenmore HE2 Front Loading Automatic Washer 110.464625000

Hose dispenser to tub is draining extremely slowly. The water when I run machine is pouring out the front of the soap dispenser onto the ground in front of the washer.

I've cleaned the pump filter at the bottom of the machine.
I use 1/4c vinegar in softener and 1/4c liquid lowsud laundry soap (Containing:washing soda, borax, Fels Naptha soap & 2 gallons water)
There is no hardwater buildup, soap residue or staining visible.

Is it likely something stuck in the hose to Tub dispenser? If so how do I access it? Or what else might be the problem?

Advise greatly appreciated as I wash daily. Thanks.

Very possible....kids put things in there, sometimes the cap seal falls out of the bleach or softener bottle and gets stuck in the hose, etc.
