Fridge not cold

My Amana Fridge/Freezer just died. It sounds like it is running (not sure if I hear just a fan, or fan and compressor), but it isn't cold inside. Both the fridge and freezer compartments are warm. There is a touch of condensation around the perimeter door seal on the inside.

Where to start?

Thats the place to start....what is or is not running, pull out the fridge and remove the back lower cover.....if the compressor and fans are running but no cooling = major system problem ( like a leaker or inefficent compressor ).....if just the fans are running but the compressor is not, possible bad compressor, bad start relay for the compressor.
Any clicking noises? Any frost on the freezer back wall?
