Roper washer wont agitate or spin

mod rtw4340sq0 I replaced bother the coupler and dogs. I can hear the motor, however washer still doesn't agitate or spin.

If the motor coupler is good and the motor is actually running but no agitation or spin is happening but the drain outs are working....only thing I can think of is the gearbox is bad :(
