Our Kenmore washer has stopped draining. I replaced the water pump and the motor coupling as it was worn.
The washer will fill and agitate, but when it comes time to empty the tub there is a small click and then nothing happens. I can empty the tub using gravity and the drain hose, but that doesn't fix the problem. I'm not sure when the landlord can get to it and I am handy with tools. What could be wrong and is it something I can fix?

Goes dead? If yes, check the lid switch/lid switch probe.
