Kenmore Series 80 water pulses in very slowly...Please help.

I checked the hoses and the inlet valve screens, no clogs. Took hoses off inlet valve and checked water pressure. Water pressure is great on both hot and cold. So I replaced the inlet valve. Still pulses water in very slowly. Now what? ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.
