ground strap/wire

Do all 3 wire stove terminal blocks have a ground strap/wire, or are some grounded to the frame elsewhere?
I have a Tappan stove I suspect maybe the previous owner had a 4 wire on it, hence no ground strap or wire at the terminal block.

Should yes, the neutral/white should have a ground strap to the frame.

4 wire set ups should have a seperate ground to the frame. All newer installs should be 4 wire.
