The G in VG101628H can be 1992 or 2004. I found a picture of a 2004. It had a white back splash whereras this one has the black one. These stoves I have a contact for are coming out of apartments being upgraded. If they are 21 years old, they still look good. Better than I would have thought.

Does the black back splash indicate they are from the early 90's?

Not all but often...the 80's had brown accents, 90's had black and 00's had the one colour (white on white, black on black ).

I'd say 90's.

What is a decent price for clean stoves like this in your area?

Thanks Jeff. I may be in the right range for this area at $125 for the plain ones. The ones with digital clocks, self cleaning, etc maybe 150. These prices are actually trade-in prices, can negotiate on the cash price if need to in order to move them.

Selling prices are the 150-175..once you get into self clean or such we try to stay 200-250+.
