One of my elements died, tech came out said I need a new touch pad and element. Called back a week later says the touchpad no longer available.......WTF...... It's oly 4 yrs old.

Whers a good place to buy parts in Canada or USA and have it shipped.

I removed front of door off to check for loose wires, everything looks good.
If the touchpad is bad, is there a way to test it, and if I wanted to replace it it looks like its slid into a groove...

Float is perfect......it is brand new.:confused:

It oly runs about 20 min before acting up.
It doesn't have a low rinse aid light.
Clean light has never come on.
Seems to fill , wash and pump out within 20 min. Then starts beepin lights flash,...

Pulled dw out checked underneath no loose wires or connectors.
Trying it while it's pulled out ,drain hose on floor and looped up over sink.
What is the normal run time between cycles in normal ...

Thanks Jeff, i actually took DW out and looked around for loose wires and found this manual shoved up underneath.
Little confusing on the way they say to test with the 7 Button test matrix.

No it doesnt drop below the DW it goes directly up to top of cabinet runs along underside
of counter then dropds down into "T"
I had the breaker off all day yesterday to stop it from beeping all...

Bought this 2 years ago and installed it today because we were waiting for new kitchen.
Stared it up this afternoon and watched it for 20 min to make sure there was no leaks.
