Turns out that GE sent me the wrong motor. The correct motor was delivered a little while ago, and all is good now. I have to give Amanda at GE credit. She sent me a control board free...

no luck with the control board. Still no spin or agitate. I don't understand it. Everything work great until I turned the breaker off.

the led on the motor is blinking normal, he looked at it and suggested trying the control board first.

A friend of my in-laws who is in appliance repair, said to replace the control board, that flipping the breaker may have surged it. I ordered on Friday, so I will see if this fixes it.

the light blinks on for a second and off for a second, no pauses constant on/off. It does this when the washer is off or running, the sequence stays the same.
