Has a filter but should I worry about the couple of black spots in the tank. Remaove and flush out or leave it alone.
Hard to see them in the pic. But one black spot by the screw and other is bottom...

Also did find this P Trap looking thing in bottom of refrig. Tried to remove to flush out. But seems like the lines are glued in.
Was thinking it could be clogged. But also curious what it is for....
