Lately, if we send 10 away, 4 come back not reparable, 4 work ok, 2 have to go back again for warranty...JMO!

Only major items I can see that might short if they got wet is #315, 315, 318....gas valve, hot surface ignitors, spark module....make sure all are dried out.

Those belts are bad for just exploding apart.
If you keep the washer, replace the belt for better long term reliability.

Doing the spin test and checking too see if the tumblers are moving during the spin is checking the see fi the clutch is bad....during spin the tumblers shouldn't move, if they do the clutch is bad....
Most ( all? ) are today, some older ones like Westinghouse used different # terminals for the heat switch.

Now that I am at work I listened again to the video....still sounds like just the pump sucking in air when there is no more water to pump.....which is normal.

Only thing I can think of is to grind off the plastic nubs to open the clock up and then....?....drill a small hole and add a small screw to each post....plastic glue on...

That appears to be the wrong style kit for yours. Belt and idler appear wrong, wheels should be the same style.
