So what if I put this thing in spin with the tub nut off the drive block? Or maybe let it agitate and hope the thing comes loose?
Worth a try.....have you tried any heat?

    Tried kicking it. NO luck.

    With ot without gasoline?!

Hehe, haven't thoguht about trying heat. May have to try it.

I did try kicking it. Climbed up on it and gave it a few downward kicks.

What is stuck, tube to the block and block stuck to the shaft?

Both....but more likely tub to the block.

Might...but does it matter, can't get it apart now, won't make much worse!

You do have a point. Might just wait and see if I can come across another. In fact I have a lead on one that needs a timer. It is not as nice as this one, but they are both older. I have another that needs a transmission. May very well go that route.

Sure, part it out if it won't come apart.
