Maytag Neptune TopLoader washing machine water extracting issues

Can't spin tub by hand. Belt is attached and I can move it by hand which only tumblers move.

Seized tub bearing is possible

Its time for a new set. I also spoke to a couple service guys and they laughed and suggested I get rid of machine. They said this Model was the worst ever made. I also found a blog site just on this machine. Not one good revue, 20 revues and all bad.

I think the Whirlpool Calypso may be the worst.....followed by the Cabrio......then anything GE.....then the Maytag Top load Neptune
