Glad to see you are getting somewhere...

Sad to say I got the shift actuator in and it did not fix the problem. Thoughts?

What happens instead of spinning? Main motor is running, hummmming? Water drains out ok?
What was the fault code(s) that come up?
Did you have to run the calibration mode?

From what I've been able to determine, I have two fault codes.
These are the possibilities when only the Sensing light is illuminated under the check fault option:
F0E2 – OVER SUDS CONDITION DETECTED
F0E4 – HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE – RINSE CYCLE
F0E5 – OFF BALANCE LOAD DETECTED
^I have ruled all of these out. Water lines are correct, suspension is solid, washer is lever etc..
These are the possibilities when all but the wash light are illuminated:
F7E5 – SHIFTER FAULT
F7E6 – MOTOR FAULT
F7E7 – MOTOR UNABLE TO REACH TARGET RPM
^I have performed all the mechanical and electrical tests. Continuity is good, basket moves freely etc..
After installing the new actuator, I cleared the fault codes, ran calibration, then the auto self-test. Afterwards, I set it to Drain/Spin mode to see if it worked. No such luck... Basket still starts to spin, then stops spinning. Water drains just fine.
Something new happened with it yesterday, though. I left the laundry room and came back an hour later to see it full of water and agitating like it was on a normal wash cycle (it was still on Drain/Spin only). At this point, I'm casting blame on the Main Control Board. I still hope the resolution isn't to replace the most expensive part on the machine ($130), but its all I can think of at this point. Greatly vexing, as the life of use this machine has seen was less than a year of in-home use followed by less than a year in dry storage.

I wish I knew more about these, just not many yet in my area....sorry.
